JOHN PATTI, MD

PRESIDENT/CEO

Dr. Patti graduated from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed a residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at SUNY Buffalo. In addition to his administrative duties, Dr. Patti works clinically as both a Hospitalist as well as a Palliative care specialist. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care.

Kirstan Monkelbaan, MBA

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Joined Infinity in February of 2014. Monkelbaan received a Master’s degree in Business and Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Niagara University in 2016. She also holds a Lean Sigma Six Green Belt Certification, which she received in 2018.

Dukhant Multani, MD

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY & UTILIZATION

Joined Infinity in February 2014 He graduated from Crimea State medical University of Ukraine in 2003. Multani completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Canton Medical Education Foundation of Canton, Ohio in 2012. He has been working as a Hospitalist since July 2012 at Millard Fillmore Suburban and most recently at Buffalo General Hospital as well.

Matthew Rusk, DO

SITE DIRECTOR BGMC

Matthew Rusk, DO is the Infinity Medical Site Director at Buffalo General Hospital. Dr. Rusk received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2010 and completed his residency from the University at Buffalo in 2013. Rusk has experience in hospital based medicine serving in both teaching and non-teaching roles. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Abby Krysczak

Practice Manager

Abby joined Infinity Medical in 2020 after leaving a career in the psychiatric field. She graduated from Buffalo State in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Abby is currently enrolled in graduate school at University at Buffalo working towards her Master’s in Business Administration.
